Currently we have the following vacancies:

Human Resources Trust Manager

Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 dependent on experience.

Contract Type: Term Time + 4 weeks (43 Weeks)

Start date: ASAP

The role is currently based in Hayes, Middlesex. You will be based at Barnhill Community High School but will be required to travel between the Trust Sites. All three schools in the trust are located in Hayes.

The purpose of the post:

To provide a professional HR service to Trustees, senior leaders, employees and governors across the Trust.

To work as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive leadership teams to provide pragmatic, creative and education focused HR solutions and recommendations across the Trust.

To build and develop relationships with staff at all levels across the Trust to provide support, guidance and challenge where appropriate on all HR related matters.

To ensure that the Trust meets all of its obligations with regards to employment law and related compliance

Financial Controller

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 dependent on experience.

Contract Type: Full time Permanent

Start date: ASAP

The role is currently based in Hayes, Middlesex. You will be based at Barnhill Community High School but will be required to travel between the Trust Sites. All three schools in the trust are located in Hayes.

The purpose of the post:

  • Provide oversight and technical direction for financial matters across the Trust, including management of the accounting systems.
  • Provide financial reports and expert financial advice to the CFO, CEO, the Board of Trustees and its committees.
  • Ensure the finance team delivers excellent customer service to its internal clients.
  • Plan and carry out critical financial activity including management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and annual statutory accounts production.
  • Lead on internal and external audits.
  • Provide professional support to centrally based finance staff nurturing talent and developing the team for high performance.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and relevant external individuals and organisations.
