Middlesex Learning Partnership

Valued Partnerships

The Trust recognises the synergy that is created within its own Academies but also that which is achieved through collaboration with a wide range of partners. Together, these partnerships have enriched not only the Academies within the Trust but underline our dedication to enriching education in the community and planning for the future.

We choose to work alongside both local and national organisations that share our moral purpose and passion. The results of these collaborations have made a genuine difference to many young people and as a Trust we are committed to them for the future.

London West

We have worked in partnership with the London West Alliance for a number of years. We play a full role in the training of new teachers and the professional development of leaders from across the Alliance.

South Hillingdon School Sports Network (SHSSN)

Barnhill Community High School has initiated and driven the South Hillingdon School Sports Network (SHSSN). Together we have fully supported the development of outstanding sporting activity and provision for the Borough's primary pupils along with the encouragement of leadership qualities in our secondary students.

Teach First

The Trust has a long history of working successfully with Teach First and has benefited tremendously from the enthusiasm and drive of Teach First participants. An enviably high number of TF Ambassadors have chosen to stay with our academies beyond their contractual 2 years.  The relationship with Teach First developed further last year when the Trust was asked to become the training hub for secondary trainees in Hillingdon. We were very proud to take on this responsibility.

Challenge Partners

All Senior Leaders benefit from the excellent training and development opportunities offered by Challenge Partners. We have adopted their nationally recognised QAR programme for Self-evaluation and our Senior Leaders are involved in quality assuring schools across the country as part of this programme.

PIXL

We are a fully committed member of the PIXL Community for all phases. Our Trust Achievement Director is also a PIXL Associate working to support schools in the West London region.

HAYA

The community is central to the ethos of the Trust and partnership work is vital to ensure the full participation and support of the families we serve. HAYA is a treasured partner and one which together with the work of our pastoral teams has resulted in our playing a small part in the growing and enriching contribution that the Somali community make to our academies and society.

Heathrow

Heathrow is one of our newest partners and together we are building extra-curricular enriching community opportunities for our primary pupils and ensuring that enthusiasm, skills and expertise within the Heathrow workforce benefits the pupils in the Trust.
